ok...seriously, my dream job (not to be confused with career goals) is to be on the radio one day. i don't know if i'll ever accomplish that, but i saw this posting and i actually want to apply to be a radio intern from 6am-10am at 92.3 free fm.

1) you know i'm serious if my ass would have to get up at 3am and then continue to go to my REAL job at 10am.

2) i'm not being cocky, but i'm ridiculously overqualified to be an intern, but i still wanna do it.

3) this is the job posting i am so tempted to apply for (below). if only i could figure out a loop hole.

Show Interns
The WFNY 92.3 Free FM Talk shows [ The David Lee Roth Show: Weekdays 6AM-10AM, JV & Elvis: Middays 10AM-2PM, and The Radio Chick: Afternoons 3PM-7PM ] are looking for interns for the Summer 2006 semester.

Requirements :Must be at least 18 years of age.Must be enrolled in a college or university program for the specific purpose of gaining a degree, and receiving college credit for the internship.Must have a basic understanding of Free FM programming.

Responsibilities :Must be able to commute to the Free FM offices during specific hours. (Early morning hours for David Lee Roth Show).
Assist in Show preparation.
Take direction form show producers and hosts.
Escorting guests to broadcast studios.Working knowledge of non-linear audio editing is a plus.
