i was bored today and decided to search through my high school's alumni website. i've gotten a lot of e-mails lately of people who have joined. most of the girls say they're married or have kids or both in their updates. most of the people are still in texas. but as i was looking through the members from my class, i noticed one girl actually lived in my zip code in astoria! what are the odds that someone from irving...who went to macarthur no less...lives in the same zip code as me after all these years?

this girl and i didn't know each other very well. i only went to that high school my last two years before we all graduated. sure, we might have had a class or two together, but we weren't really friends. but somehow, it's kinda comforting knowing other people from home are around...even if i don't know them.

that might not make any sense, but whatever.
