so i have the month of august off. looking at the calendar, it's coming up a lot sooner that i thought. i could:

a) go home to texas for part of or the whole month

b) e-mail a couple about a posting on craigs list for me to take care of their dogs for a week in puerto rico

c) apply for a live in nanny position in bridgehampton for the month (upside: get paid and collect unemployment, downside: lose any hope of a "vacation")

d) go visit my friend in LA before she moves back to nyc this fall

e) go on a vacation somewhere with friends or by myself (location tbd)

f) none of the above and just take advantage of time in ny and not work
