Ashton Kutcher has challenged CNN to a popularity contest on the social media site Twitter...
As of Wednesday afternoon, Kutcher's Twitter account had 889,653 followers, putting him in third place in the number of followers. Britney Spears was in second with about 904,000 followers, and CNN's breaking news account was watched by 937,507 people on the site.
i don't know what bothers me more: ashton kutcher's overblown ego or cnn actually acknowledging this ridiculous publicity stunt. isn't the economy still in the shitter? pirates? can't we just show some more b-roll of bo the dog? anything but this. oh, but if you want, you can follow me on twitter.
