i haven't posted in over a week, due mostly to the fact that i'd worked seven days straight. most people are tired of hearing about this already, so i'm gonna keep the details to a minimum. let's just say i helped out with the new york audtions of a reality/talent show that just happens to be the number one show in the country.

with that said, although i worked a week straight and ridiculously long hours, i had so much fun doing it. the staff and crew were all awesome and fun. i'm looking forward to working for them again at the end of the month.

in the midst of my whirlwind work week, i did manage to get in one night of social time. pretty riduculous for my standards, but i was too tired to care. but it was fun to go out and hang out with peeps and have a few beers for the first time in what felt like ages.

on a completely different note, my birthday is this week. and i don't think i'm celebrating. not because i don't want to, but the people i would really want there are busy or out of town. i think i'll have to wait and throw a "belated" birthday party.

the silver lining is that i'll be going back to texas in a week for a few days. and i'll be bringing back my puppy! i know he'll keep me all smiles.
