according to people magazine, nick lachey and vanessa minillo have moved in together. now, honestly, i can give a crap about these two as a couple. i wish them the best and they seem like very nice people, but they don't blip on my radar...until i read this:

It's official: Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are cohabiting. On April 15 the couple of one year braved a nor'easter to move into their two-bedroom condo in Manhattan's new Atelier building. "Nick carried the huge boxes while Vanessa helped with the small ones," a source tells PEOPLE. "They were soaked." (Rapper Eve also lives in the high-rise, which has a basketball court and indoor pool.)

apparently they have moved to this address...which means we are neighbors! my neighborhood has celebrities, which means it's "up and coming". as long as my rent doesn't go up, i'm cool with it.
