according to my calculations, i should be flying the friendly skies right now, en route to EWR. and with that, i give you this golden nugget until i can update again.
my brother drove back from dallas to south texas on saturday with my dad, stepmom, and sister. he called me as soon as he got home to tell me the coolest thing i'd ever heard.
me: hey dude. did you make it back safely?brother: yeah, but that's not why i called you. dude, you'll never guess what i saw on the drive down.me: what?brother: ecto-1. like an exact replica.me: NO. WAY.brother: yeah, it was awesome!me: that is so awesome. i'm so jealous. like you actually saw it driving down the street?brother: yeah. it was like that one time that i saw a replica of the mystery machine...
that's right. not only did my brother actually see freakin' ECTO-1 driving down the street, but he's also seen the freakin' MYSTERY MACHINE. these are the types of things one misses out on when they don't need to drive (i.e. live in new york city).
oh, and on a side note, yes, my brother and i actually call each other "dude". we're part mcconaughey.
