so i got home around 2:30 last night from celebrating my friend's birthday. so i go through the motions of putting on sweats, washing my face and brushing my teeth, and take my dog for one more walk.

i'm tired and ready to go to sleep. all is silent, until all of a sudden i hear loud moaning and panting from a male and female voice. uh oh. it's apartment 4FW. my downstairs neighbors are having sex. i panic. i think to myself, i really don't want to hear this. 1) i don't want to eavesdrop. and 2) it's like rubbing it in my face that i don't have anyone to cuddle with.

so what do i do? i turn on the tv and watch about 20 minutes of a '24' rerun. and i don' t even watch '24'.

finally, it's over. so i turn off the tv and fall fast asleep.
